• In Defense of (some of the ideas behind) the manic pixie dream girl. While I think por­tray­ing women as harm­less, one dimen­sional, non threat­en­ing idiots is neg­a­tive, I also think it’s good to remem­ber that the MPDG is a char­ac­ter that loves life!
